Poor Man's SSL

Sometimes the 9.95 SSL certificate is just too expensive. But hey, at least they are a "thawte secure site".

  1. I thawte it was secure, but I guess not. :(

  2. I do not want any usernames and passwords to user accounts and services are sent over the LAN or the Internet in clear text.

  3. I thought a secure not only by showing a lock, but also has https// instead of http// (thats httpS instead of http)

    I think people should also make sure it is https and has the lock.

  4. Keep the faith, my Internet friend. You are a first-class writer and deserve to be heard.
